Hi Guillaume,

The error message suggests that stlinks.js, hostinfo.js or res.js could not be loaded. Those JS files should be part of Sametime install kit and are for interacting with STLinks Java applet.

Below two would help diagnose the problem further:
1) Obtain HTTP request/response trace. There are several tools out there, and one is available from IBM: http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/pagedetailer
2) Ctrl-Click on "IBM Lotus iNotes" logo and then click on "Detail" button. You'll see some of how iNoets worked under the hood. You'll see how those JS files are loaded (or couldn't be loaded).
